Primavera

Primavera, the Trattoria Moderna, offers a very exciting menu. The style reflects authentic Italian food characterized by two Michelin star chef Oliver Glowig. With a focus on local and seasonal ingredients throughout the menu, Primavera has unveiled a refreshing gastronomic line-up that includes staples such as home-made pasta as well as specialty dishes that spotlight an innovative fusion of Italian and local flavours. Guests to the restaurant can relish creations including Parmigiana with aubergine, zucchini and cauliflower as well as Ravioli Capresi stuffed with caciotta cheese and tomato sauce for the mains while five varieties of chocolate with liquorice semifreddo and a Napolitan tart with ricotta ice cream strawberry offer a sweet finish to a decadent experience.

Nirvana

The very name conjures up images of maharajas who knew the secrets of spectacular dining. Nirvana brings royal flavors to The Ritz-Carlton for a dining adventure rarely enjoyed outside of India. Executive Indian Chef Mahipal Singh creates a selection of these Indian recipes a virtual firework display for the palate like Masahari kebabs – made of minced meat, lamb or chicken, Shakahari kebabs for our vegetarian guests and Samudri Khazana, which includes a generous platter of succulent grilled seafood including local fish Hamour, shrimps and lobster. Accompanied by live music of the 'Santoor' and décor that is unsurpassed on the island.

Burlington Club

Essentially, cigar smoking has an up-town, upscale image, which is why The Ritz-Carlton has a dedicated cigar lounge with a cellar of premium malts, cognacs and vintage wines; arguably the most extensive in the country. Burlington's boasts a freestanding humidor stocked with premium cigars and a panoramic view of the magnificent gardens.

The Lobby Lounge

Oversized sofas and exquisite melodies from a classical trio provide the perfect environment in which to relax over a world-famous Ritz-Carlton afternoon tea. The traditional high tea is served daily in the Lobby Lounge and boasts all the luxurious delicacies that you would expect! Smoked salmon and cucumber finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones with Devonshire clotted cream and jam, and a selection of pastries are served with a choice of over twenty different types of tea for a true high tea experience.

The Ritz Gourmet Lounge

Guests can sample Escoffier’s signature dishes such as Peach Melba, named after the Australian opera singer Nellie Melba, Belle Helene and Strawberries Romanoff. Imported leaf teas from Sri Lanka, China and South America are on offer from the tisane trolley, freshly cut in front of the guest and served in silver pots. For coffee aficionados, a freshly roasted selection of various coffees from Arabica to Turkish is available daily and can be purchased in the gourmet lounge retail area - along with home-made breads, croissants, pates, tartines, richly decorated desserts, chocolates, ice cream, fine olive oils and caviar.The highlight of the restaurant is the shisha terrace lounge serving exotic and newly composed flavours in oversized contemporary Meduse pipes, made of Czech hand-blown Bohemian Glass. Guests may sample Meduse Beach, a blend of watermelon, lemon and coconut, Eden’s Apple, a composition of Eskandarani apple, chocolate and mint or Karkade Mist, mixed with pomegranate, strawberry and plum. A dedicated shisha sommelier assists with choosing the perfect flavour and recommends a selection of drinks and refreshments to accompany this finest shisha experience.

Thai

Thai provides light food snacks with a Pan-Asian and Thai influence as well as a large selection of mixed beverages made mainly of typical Thai fruits combined with herbal and spice infusions, designed and crafted by the lounge’s liquid chefs. The refreshing drinks’ menu is complemented by an extensive list of wines served by the glass.
