The warm tropical waters of the Indian Ocean are home to a stunning array of coral gardens and a rich diversity of coral fish in every size, colour and shape imaginable. For deep sea diving, the Buccaneer Dive Centre has qualified instructors to accompany you on the most fascinating diving sites along the coast.Closer to shore is the Mombasa Marine Park where you can snorkel in the company of the beautiful coral fish or simply watch them through the glass bottom boat. The dive center owns its own shipwreck, the MV Dania sunk in the deeper waters where you can dive to the ghost ship which has been colonized by the coral life. Night dives can be arranged on request. The dive center offers PADI courses to both beginners and also to children – the only requirement is that you have to know how to swim.
